We have a timesheet setup and I have purchased the application from qdabara where it picks up information from active directory. Our active directory location has changed and currently I'm not sure where in the data I'm supposed to change the location.  Can anyone please assist in helping me find where to change the AD location to ...

I have a form set up in a way where it forwards to the manager, CCs to the HR.  HR sends email to the managers to remind them to approve the timesheets, but the managers can only open the main view and not the manager view and there is no option to switch over to the manager view...  Anyone know how to fix this?

 We have users who are using the forms with XP, office 2007, which open up fine.  But users who have windows 7, office 2010, it takes forever and ever to open up. There are fields that im trying to add, but they seem greyed out and im not sure how to add them to my form. Currently on my form i have regular hours, overtime hours etc, but i also wanted to add paid leave and unpaid leave and bereavement, but they show greyed out...how do i add it back cause im not sure at all. I currently have a repeated table set up for a certain function, what im trying to do is, keep all the info the same, except have this one table not add hours to the total hours. I want it set where adding hours in this table stays in the table and not add anything in total hours. Can this be done without losing any functions etc?

What exactly is it protecting? I just want certain areas to be protected not all. I want all users to edit vertain parts of the form, but i want only managers be allowed to hit the approve or not approved option...

OK so, i didnt really understand all that, so another question, is there a way to create a form, and when anyone opens it, for the file, edit, tools options to not be there? I dont want users to be distracted by those options.
