 Hi, Anyone know how I can make InfoPath search 3 different lists based on data entered into a search field, I need the form to look at the Search field and if found in one of the 3 lists populate a description field  I know how to get InfoPath to lookup one list and return a value but the other 2 lists I just cant work out. Hi, I have a very basic approval form with file attach, once the form is approved all fields are locked apart from the file attach, How can i (without Code) set file attach to lock (Stop Removal) based on a field status EG: Approval Status = Approved Thanks for your Help Richard

Im sure this is a simple one but cant work it out, I have a infopath form in Sharepoint that i need to have a link to a Shared network drive something like \\abcservername\sharedfolder\folder2,  folder 2 gets it name from a field in infopath so is dynamic. The Field is actually a Customer Name Field and needs to be free text, because the customer names change all the time a drop down will not work (We currently have 6000 Customers). the Acronyms allow my users to enter data at a fast rate. Hope this helps
