I need a unique number during the form creation to use to name the form. I tried pulling the id number, but I guess that doesn't update until a form is submitted? Tried using a number in a sharepoint list and incrementing it each time the form was submitted, but that only works if people submit before the next ...

I created 4 views in my form. I created a row of buttons at the top to switch between the views so that it looks like tabs across the top of the page.
