Sorry for the delay, but after a few days, all the forms automatically populated the new columns. Thank you for your help!

I'm trying to create an audit trail when a form is re-opened after being submitted. I want to know who has opened the form and made modifications to it. I was trying to create a text box to put the UserName and a date stamp, but this gets overwritten every time someone opens it for the 2nd time. Any one have any ideas? p.s. I ...

Is there a way to do it to all the documents? There is no "Select All" option. Don't want to spend all day clicking each check box one by one.

Thanks. That gets the 2 new columns to show, but nothing is populated in the columns. When a new form gets submitted, the 2 new columns get populated. There are about 5000 documents already in this document library and all those are still blank. Any more ideas?
