No one knows how to submit a form as an email attachment with nothing in the body?

I have a form that I'm submitting via an Email data connection and the entire form is coming through in the body of the email message along with the .xsn attachment.  I want the form to be attached to my email, but I only want a short description in the body of the message.  I've spent a couple hours changing different settings ...

Does anyone know if this is possible?

I have the code to accomplish this and it works like a dream as long as the form template is stored locally on my machine.  Although when I save the template to a network drive so my users can access it and my "Add Calendar Event" method is called it gives the following error message:  ActiveX component can't create ...

Thank you very much, it works!  For the purposes of confidentiality some form fields were excluded from my template and not named but I do need to do a better job of naming fields, thank you for your guidance. 

I attached the template, with the code that I have it looks like dateNode.text is not being recognised.  Thank you for your help!
