Ok great I will look into this. When the person submits the questionnaire, is the information collected in a database-access/excel? Also is Is it difficult to create browser enabled forms and install them to sharepoint?

Hi Jimmy,  Thanks for your advice, this might sound stupid but we do have a server in our company that all computers are connected to and stores our information, is this totally different to the windows server 2003 that I need to install?

Hi, I am new to Infopath so basically dont know much about it. I want to email a questionnaire to customers, is infopath suitable software to use? Do people have to have infopath installed to open an infopath file? Liz
