Hi,You can use InfoPath to send Questionnaire to the Customers. If you use browser enabled forms, then InfoPath is not required to install in Customers machine to open the form. You need to install InfoPath 2007 and SharePoint 2007 in your machine. And you need to install your browser enabled form to SharePoint. So that, you can able to open form in the browser.

    Hi Anuma,

Thanks for the info, I dont have sharepoint 2007, I tried to install it and I need windows server 2003, so for the majority of software programes do you need a specificserver for each? If I install windows server 2003 will this affect VISTA on my computer? It sounds very complicated to install the form to sharepoint, do you need to have good knowledge of IT to do this? Basically am I wasting my time trying and should I be looking at a simplier software package for sending questionnaires?

    Any advice much appreciated!

Windows Server 2003 is an operating system on its own and cannot run at the same time as Vista.  If you don't have any experience with running a server, this is probably not the place to jump into it.  InfoPath is a great tool, but if you don't have a server, and the majority of your target users are not likely to have InfoPath, it's probably not the right tool for you right now.

    Hi Jimmy,

Thanks for your advice, this might sound stupid but we do have a server in our company that all computers are connected to and stores our information, is this totally different to the windows server 2003 that I need to install?

It's entirely possible that the server at your company is running Windows Server 2003.  Servers come in all kinds, and Windows Server 2003 runs on a lot of them (it's on most of ours).  I'd recommend checking with whoever's in charge of IT where you are.  There's even a slim chance you've already got SharePoint running and don't even know it :-)

Ok great I will look into this.

When the person submits the questionnaire, is the information collected in a database-access/excel?

Also is Is it difficult to create browser enabled forms and install them to sharepoint?
