 Thanks for getting back with me, Ernesto.  I just figured it out.  I did an iisrestart and that got it installed.  After the installation, the SP sites didn't want to come up, so I rebooted.  Everything works now, AFAIK.  Thanks.

I just downloaded and tried to install the AD Web Service.  I installed it on the default SharePoint Site (Port 80).  After the installation wizard completed, it opened a page-- http://sharepoint01/QdabraAD/AdUserInfo.asmx.   This site has the following error on it:  The file you are attempting to save or retrieve has been ...
