I think that issue is when someone clicks a button which conflicts? She wasn’t doing that. She just selected the field and that caused it to crash. Or behind the scenes is that the same thing?

   We currently have base form templates, which people can create new forms from. For one user who is offsite, (i know the field names are useless but i will display them anyway) everytime she trys to enter an "Applicant type" of "an authorised officer" in the "Applicant details" section of the form.
