InfoPath error while editing 1 field for only 1 user.

We currently have base form templates, which people can create new forms from.

For one user who is offsite, (i know the field names are useless but i will display them anyway) everytime she trys to enter an "Applicant type" of "an authorised officer" in the "Applicant details" section of the form. It generates the following popup window error.

"Microsoft Office InfoPath has encountered a problem and needs to close."

So in otherwords, she can edit everything else fine, but in one area of the form it just generates that errror. I have tried reproducing this error from other machines, but i can edit those fields fine.

I had someone do a dot net install fix on her machine, but the error still occurs.

Does anyone know what things i should be looking at? Any advice?

     Thanks.

    Damon.

I think that issue is when someone clicks a button which conflicts?

She wasn’t doing that. She just selected the field and that caused it to crash.

Or behind the scenes is that the same thing?
