After installing SP2 and several reboots over the year, the issue still remains. I tried the post above but that did not help. I have a simpler farm 1 front end and 1 backend (SQL Server) server. I know they used to be able to approve forms because there is ... Posted to SharePoint Integration (Forum) by IPSeeker on 08-26-2010 Re: Sharepoint Site Template Question I'm curious too. I actually uploaded a template I liked. Created a site with it. Then used SharePoint Designer to open that site to modify it to my likings, but most areas were not editalbe. So, how do you edit a template? Posted to Newbie Questions (Forum) by IPSeeker on 06-12-2009 Re: Cannot submit data to Web Service for the life of me (401) Why, certainly! Step 1. Create the Web Service. As mentioned you can use MS Visual Web Developer 2008 Express. Here is a good link to get started on that, http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/8wbhsy70(VS.80).aspx. I found this 'How To' to be very simple to follow and it works! If you want to do it the ... Got a lot of hints from this post (http://www.infopathdev.com/forums/t/10213.aspx). Read a lot of posts until I got to this one. I was able to convert my Web Service connection to a udcx file. However, I still get an error, (401) Unauthorized, when I submit the form. This brings me back to my post http://www.infopathdev.com/forums/t/11981.aspx. How do you determine the <udc:SoapAction> element? Posted to Web Services (Forum) by IPSeeker on 05-26-2009 Cannot submit data to Web Service for the life of me (401) I created a Web Service for Sharepoint. All it does is add a record to a table in a SQL Database. The connection to the SQL DB is through SQL authentication. I created this Web Service the proper way, signed, disco, wsdl and assembly on the SharePoint server. I created a Web Application to consume the Web Service and ... The form also has C# coding behind it. It receives data from a SharePoint list and it receives data from two CAML files. Because there is code behind the form, I have to prepare it for an administrator approval. So I followed the directions ...
