Thank you very much for your reply. Because I am a newbie in Infopath, could you explain me more about this? How can I do it and so on. But keep in mind that I have a SQL database in backend and the user use the Windows account . May be you can suggest some books for reading. Thanks for your help.

Hi to all,  I am a newbie to Infopath. I have a Infopath form where I have several group of data. On submit all data are submitted to a SQL database.
