Hello Braegger,
You will have to write a tool which takes the created date from SharePoint site, compare with current date (today date) and send mail if it is more than 3 days. You should also set time for the tool so that it runs every 24 hours.

Hi,
I think you hardcoding the sharepoint url and that is y it is submitting to the developed site, instead of hardcoding get the share point folder url dynamically.

You take the data connection to the drop down and apply the filter on the drop down
not(Code = current()/preceding-sibling::Xpath(mention your Xpath here)
