Instead of using:
IXMLDOMNode dest = newForm.DOM.selectSingleNode(''/dsf:myFields/dfs:queryFields/q:Projet/@CodePrj'');
Use the below line of code:
IXMLDOMNode dest = newForm.DOM.selectSingleNode(''/dfs:myFields/dfs:queryFields/q:Projet/@CodePrj'');
Because in the first line of code 'dsf' is undeclared name ...

Did you give LDAP path as LDAP://DC=Test, DC=com where your domain is Test.com? One more thing did you uncheck Enable anonymous access, if not then follow these steps to do that:
1. Go to Start -> Run type inetmgr and click on OK
2. Open the Web Sites -> Default Web Site

You will have to change settings for each radio button to print what ever you have chosen in form. To do that change radio button settings as follows:
For Yes: name – x
Type – field (element)
Data type – true/false
Value – (blank)
For No: name – x
Type – field ...

I have made a very simple form for some of the staff here at work. It is an evaluation form with radio buttons for each question, yes,no,other.
The form works great, however when you print (or look at print preview) the radio buttons are set as default ''other''.)

I have a odd question. I am having a issue with one feild in my form. For some reason it requires users to select it, otherwise when users run a query it tells them that their query returned no data.
