Radio buttons set to default on print.

I have made a very simple form for some of the staff here at work. It is an evaluation form with radio buttons for each question, yes,no,other.

The form works great, however when you print (or look at print preview) the radio buttons are set as default "other".)

The settings i have on the radio button are,

    name - x
    type - field(element)
    data type - true/false
    value - (blank)

I currently use the same data type for the yes,no,other for each question.

Any help would be greatly welcome.

    Thank you.

Hello Bait and Welcome to Forums,
You will have to change settings for each radio button to print what ever you have chosen in form. To do that change radio button settings as follows:

    For Yes: name – x
    Type – field (element)
    Data type – true/false
    Value – (blank)

    For No: name – x
    Type – field (element)
    Data type – true/false
    Value – False

    For other: name – x
    Type – field (element)
    Data type – true/false
    Value – True

    Hope this helps!
