I installed office 2007 with infopath 2007.

Yes, InfoPath allow you to do this.
In the beginning:
1) Create Secondary Data Source from xml file
2) Try to write web-service, wich return to you form data in xml (same structure as xml file of Secondary Data Source)...
3) Use some control (for example List) to view this data
When you get this, we`ll talk about the rest :)

Try to execute this method with params like this:
...GetListItems(''GUID of the list'', null, null, ViewFields, null, null, null);

'MyWebService' is my web-service....
I write in C# something like this:
....
MyWebService myService = new MyWebService();
FormState.Add(''lstService'', myService);
...
And I`m gettig serialization error... What I`m doing wrong ???

Just an idea for a small workaround. If I remember correctly you can define file types you want the user to be able to attach (e.g. .pdf .doc). Like this you can at least take care that users do not attach any .exe for example which could harm your network/pc.
This of course does not solve your problem ...

One other thing to mention. The conditions are not limited to five conditions. When you use ''The Expression'' in the first drop down list you can actually have up to 30 statements within this expression line using xPath1Value = 1 OR xPath2Value = 2 AND xPath3Value = 0 and so on, just using AND/OR in between of the statements
