i have publish a form template to the sharepoint form service, and enable lunch the form in web browser, i want to open a new form(using another form template),but it is said that the forum servies doesn't support this feature, how can i got it? by workflow?

Welcome to Infopath forums
If you are going to use only Infopath designer then you should repeat the process of setting rules to every row. Else you can use Code and declare all the rules and create a method and using an on after change on the drop down call the method everytime the value in the drop down changes.

Do u have these rows in the repeating table or normal
If it is in the repeating table,we can set rules only once, if it is not in the repeating table then we have to set all rules for each row.
