You may be getting the header, which you can not control conditionally but can be turned off completely. I have a submit button at the bottom of my form that emails it out and sends it to sharepoint, i want to beable to disable that button once the user pushes it to send it to sharepoint. Disreard the question. We figured it out.
We needed an ''&'' in front of each encoded string.
i.e. crlf=''#xD;#xA;'' needed ''#xD;#xA;''

I did try that and it would remove one of them but not the other one. I think I finally got it down to just one and the Digitally signed pane shows the correct signature when it's signed.
Now I'm on to the search of trying to figure out why it isn't emailing when I click on submit...

Perhaps it is the farm that is caching these things? I'm out of ideas here--so just wild guessing at this point. If you can get the updated form one way, but not another, then there's something that needs fixing about that other way (obviously).
