Jamais eu ce problème t'es sure que t'as défini des valeurs dans les propriétés de ton radio(dans Infopath).
Si c'est un bdd secondaire tu peux pas le faire en mode design mais si tu ouvre tavue.xsl tu peux les redéfinir.
T'es sur que t'a pas fait une erreur dnas ton Xpath?

Dans Infopath on peut faire des séquence mais c'est par formulaire et non pour un numéro séquentiel unique
