my boss = list manager, therefore can approve all the forms, but the problem is when they submit thier requests they are approved automatically becuase there a list manager :(

I am using a FormControl to open an InfoPath form and then do the export using

Its very simple, double click the textbox in the UI and go to display tab, check the ''limit text box to'' check box and give the maximum length you want.

Yes, I am using Reflection to invoke the object. That is actually the problem. Reflection seems not to work outside of the form code.
I will post if I find a solution.
