Hi Boulder_bum and welcome to our forum!
Well, up until the last sentence, my response would have been "InfoPath property promotion supports chaging the names in the form - promoted names different from actual field names, so just change the names in the property promotion wizard and republish". Of course, this would require a ...

Hi Ekzarov,
You could easily use links instead of attachments. You could even change attachments into links programmatically (by saving them as files and changing it into links) but that will require code and admin deploy.

Hi Ren,
Thank you for your patience! I think what you want is secondary data sources. We have a bunch of solutions leveraging our database accelerator that use secondary data sources for workflow, history, tags, etc. - all meta data on the form. In general, we don't like to put "everything and the kitchen sink" in the main data ...

However, looks like your server is set to ...

Hi Schung and welcome to our forum,

You may also want to add a secondary data source that loads the existing address. Jerome (Nukkumati) is right that opening a ...

Hi Bear1114,
We are working to correct this problem. Thank you for your patience.

Another way to do this is to submit your forms to SQL and create a report on top of it.

There are several ways that you can do this, it's going to depend on our level of knowledge about InfoPath.
In many ways this sounds like a classic "merge form" situation. You would need to enable form merging and then when all the performance reviews are done you merge all the forms together. If you do this you may want ...
