BTW - You can get the namespace definition form the script editor of your second form or use a method calles something like getNamespace, not sure though. Have fun with further development and keep on posting your questions.

Users will input the time spent on an activity on a daily basis e.g. Mon - 1 hr 40 minutes, and I have formatted the Text Box as a Date/Time (not showing date but showing time as 1:40). I had same issue and this is how I solved it.
1) Created a text field called managerGet
default value is
Value[Key = "manager"]
Note Value is the Value in ADProp

I found a really easy way to do this. I am hosting the form in a windows application, i placed a button down on the form and made it look like a hyperlink. When the button is pressed i send the information about the location of the file via notifyhost and then i open the file via my windows form using System.Diagnostics.Process.Start(filename);
