Hi I started developing some forms in 2007 version then I realised that I needed Outlook 2007 to actually send any mails within the forms. Fortunately, I still have InfoPath 2003 in my machine so I can publish the forms in 03 version and work that way. My question is.. is it possible to make InfoPath2007 to work with Outlook 2003? is meant with these classification the size of the xsn or the xml files? are there symptoms of problems known at microsoft with xml files which are bigger than 500kb or 1mb? because we are actually at the point that files with a size higher than 500kb are becomming more and more standard and now we are getting problems ...

Hi Greg  I have tried to add a filter but I still get a blank field at the top of each field in the drop down. There are no blanks in the data.   Cheers

I want my form to contain 2 TextBox controls. The first one is a TextBox that all user that open the form (open it from SharePoint Libreary) will be able to write in it. Thanks Clay, yes I do have adminn rights on the whole of SharePoint at the moment as its not live, I am the administrator, author etc. I'll have a go with your suggestion and see if this is the issue as I have been trying to load them into pre-existing form libraries. Welcome. Some things to try. Make sure you have admin rights on the SharePoint site. Publish your form to Sharepoint but have it create a new form library instead of selecting one. I sometimes have had issue using existing form libraries, created in SharePoint directly.  

Was the sharepoint location an existing forms library or did you create a new one when you published the form?  I have had issue when using an existing location.  I would publish again to a new form library to test.
