Do you have a promoted field in your library that lets you know which forms are associated with each other?

Is this a browser form, or a filler form? If it is a browser form, you can simply create a new view for the email and switch to that view prior to sending the email. Use a concat statement and a calculated value to include the field value in the text. In your email connection, you'll select the option to send the current view of the form. If ...

Ah - I am completely unfamiliar with that. There isn't an out of the box way to do it in InfoPath. If you are on-prem and can use code in your forms, the code sample here might help you: https://sharepoint.stackexchange.com/questions/254557/sharepoint-online-rest-api-to-declare-item-as-record

It ...

So - if the Filter field is actually equal to the my:PrioDerT_x00e4_tigkeitOptional field, the formula you posted should be ok. Here's a copy of your form where I added another copy of your table. It has the Filter field and the my:PrioDerT_x00e4_tigkeitOptional field on it, so you can see if those are the same.

Here, I added a validation rule. :-)

No. It doesn't. You can include the XML as a resource file in the template which doesn't require queries?
