Hello
Yes this is a known Issue. As greg suggested you may want to save the old forms and then import them back to the form library.
-
That is the correct method. Essentially instead of save to a document library the user is doing a submit to a document library which saves but gives you more control.
Also there is OM that can be used to set the save filename which may also work with server forms.

I have a web form that is submitted. This works fine but when the forms sumbits works the user gets a pop up box saying this. You then have to click ok to get redirected to the form libray. Is it possiable to stop this pop up box and just redirectto the form library once the submit is successful?
Thanks

Is it possiable to stop the web page just saying "FORM CLOSED" when you click on the close button. Can you write some code somewhere that will redirect the user to where the opened the form from?
Thanks

i wouldn't know a way how to do this. my proposal would be that you have two different repeating tables. one which shows all columns and one where the remark column/fields are missing. then put conditional formatting to the repeating sections to show the one with all columns only when a manager opens the page. would that be possible for you ?
-
just to be sure is Group2 really the name of your repeating section or do you use the correct name in your solution and just didn't post it here because in my opinoin your statement seems to be correct.
