  • Re: Update ID field from Sharepoint in InfoPath Form

    It would be fine to have 2 submits.  Could you tell me what I would have to do to get the ID number after I submit the form?  I've already put in a set a field's value but it isn't picking it up. Please help! I've a meeting with them today at 4 p.m. Thanks!!! Suzanne

  • Re: Please Help me about getting filename for submission.

    I believe there is code for getting the current file name of your form. One easy trick is setting a field (FormName) in your form to the function xxx+ now() right before submit then use that field as the name of your form.  Have a rule that on the submit button if FormName is blank (new form) run the action to set it to xxx+now(). ...

    Thank you very much for your reply. These are my detail. I created my Infopath form template and publish to SharePoint Document Library in specific site. At first of operation, user create new form (from my created template) and then user submit at first time for file creation into document library, this new file name is generated from ...

  • Re: Install Database Accellerator v2.1

    In addition, please check the state of the DBXL Application Pool in IIS and make sure it is started.  If it is stopped, there is likely a problem with the user account/password being used.  You can try resetting it in the Identity tab of the app pool's property page.  Then restart the app pool.

  • Re: Install Database Accellerator v2.1

    There are a few things you should check.  1) Make sure that the .NET Framework 2.0 is installed, and that the DBXL virtual directory is configured to use .NET 2.0. 2) Download the latest DBXL 2.1.  There were some fixes for non-English Windows installs and SQL2000 installations. 3) Are there any entries in the Application or Qdabra ...

  • Re: Problem changing a value from secondary data source

     Thanks but it does the same: An object is required.  If you need additional data: that secondary datasource is shared from a sharepoint library and in other part of the code, I queried the DS and I get the value, but that value wasn't linked to the DS, was only on a text box and if I change it's value it wasn't updated on ...

  • Sign a section: Remove digital signature link

    Hi I have developed a form with InfoPath 2003 SP1 and published it on Sharepoint 2003. To remove the link "Click here to sign this section" under a section, I have extracted the files, removed the link in the View.xsl and then republished the form on SharePoint. As I filled out forms, all was ok: the link wasn't displayed ...

  • Re: Problem changing a value from secondary data source

    This is probably too generic and does not provide a precise enough address, but it's worth a shot.  Maybe it will narrow down the problem. var StockVirtual = DOM_Articulo.selectSingleNode("//Stock_virtual[../@ID = '" + ID_Articulo + "' ]").text;

  • Re: Problem changing a value from secondary data source

     Well, I tried it (with a few changes, my XPath hasn't any 'd:' namespace) and now it says that an object is required. The sentence is now: var StockVirtual = DOM_Articulo.selectSingleNode("/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/dfs:Articulos/Stock_virtual[../@ID = '" + ID_Articulo + "' ]").text; I can't ...

    Yup, it's in the details.  Try this:   var StockVirtual = DOM_Articulo.selectSingleNode("/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/d:Articulos/@d:Stock_virtual[../@d:ID = '" + ID_Articulo + "' ]").text;
