Hello No you cannot fill out the Infopath 2003 in a IE, However using Downlevel tool you can just view it. If you want to fill out the Infopath form in IE, you have to create Browser enabled forms in Infopath 2007 and publish to Forms server

Hello Double Click on the Repeating Table/Section to open its Properties In the Data tab , Under Default Settings Click Customize Commands In the next window select anything you want to change in the Action drop down Change the Command Name under Insert Section Menu Click OK to save chnages I howp this will help you

I look at defualt format that Infopath provide. But I cannot found format that I want. So I use concat function.  Can I set format "1 January 07 16:40:39" ? Thank you very much
