In IIS manager, look under 'Web Service Extensions' and check if WebDAV is allowed or prohibited. Toggle the setting and try editing the form template again.

OK, is there any chance you can give me some more inforamation. I think you want to use the data to drive the workflow?
If this is the case then have a hidden field called workflow that the textbox and dropdownlist fire data to using rules. That is what I use in my forms to workflow them.

If I understand you correctly you want the non-bound control to repeat.
To do this, click on 'myFields' in the data source task pane, then at the bottom add a field or group, depending on your requirements, add a group and tick the repeating tick-box or a field and tick the repeating tick-box.
That should do the trick
