I am creating the Windows application which will read the Infopath file(.xml) textbox value and show in the windows forms.

Lo que sí te recomiendo es que preguntes ésta misma duda en el foro general en inglés, ya que aún somos pocos los hispanohablantes y el grueso de los usuarios del foro son angloparlantes. Estoy seguro de que alguien podrá echarte una mano con tu problema.

How can I remove/cancel the appearance of the pop-up formatting toolbar when user is writing text in Rich Text Box on a form. I want the Rich Text Box only for the expanding of text, but not for formatting by user.
