• InfoPath vs. Other Microsoft Technologies

I frequently am asked to explain the benefits and limitations of InfoPath compared to other Microsoft forms and application techologies. There are also some pieces I just don't understand enough (e.g. ...

  • Re: unique ID in infopath form.

Hi, I would like to stay away from third party products. My organization has a long process of approving software purchases. Any internal infopath solutions you can think of? This forum is useless if you are only using it to sell your product. Thanks.

If I change it to @RELM_NME[concat(txt_RelmNumber, " ")= @RELM_ID] it returns nothing. Can you see what I am missing? Thanks Ed

  • Can you update an Outlook calendar via Infopath?

Hello, I apologize if this has been asked before, I searched and didn't find anything. I created a form in Infopath where colleagues can request personal time off (vacation). I was wondering if it was possible to automatically update a shared Outlook calendar from an Infopath form. Thanks in advance! Danté
