Hi - InfoPath has input parameters in 2007 - you could write some code in your form to handle for those. More here. The blog makes it look as if the whole thing is for IP 2010, but these were introduced in IP 2007.

Hi - so, ComputerChangeInfo and group3 are repeating? From your outline - it looks like they are siblings. Or is group3 inside of ComputerChangeInfo?
If group3 is a repeating child of ComputerChangeInfo, you are already partway there. You could create another node iterator inside your While loop for ComputerChangeInfo nodes and loop again to get ...

I added to this - save it locally, right click and select design. Looks like you weren't getting any data back in your data connections - your 2DS schemas look odd. You'll see by the notes I added in the form that I added a REST connection to an owssvr.dll URL - and I have actual fields in my schema. Does your list not currently have any ...

Hi, and welcome.
So you know - it is NOT easy to copy repeating data from one table to another - InfoPath offers no way to insert rows in your table without code (or qRules - which can do that and many other things).
However - you don't really need a second table for displaying summarized info. Here's a link to a simple sample form. Save ...

It will be sometime this month - we'd hoped for June 15, but still have quite a bit of documentation, etc. to complete, so it may be June 22.
Send me an email via the forum if you'd like me to inject a test copy of your form with the 4.2 beta so you can test it - it will be another day or two before I'm ready to do that, but if you ...

Hi there - looks like we'll have this fixed for 4.2. I've just made some changes that have my test form working correctly - I need to do a little more unit testing, then get these changes to the test team for more rigorous testing, but I believe the new approach will work just dandy.

Sorry I haven't been able to get back to you on this yet - I'll try sometime today, but it may be tomorrow.

Hi - this is nested repeating data - I don't believe we've tested the command with that as far as the ID parameter goes, and I'm thinking that the command won't currently handle for it. I'm going to take a look, see if there is anything I can do for this for the 4.2 release.

The easiest approach there may just be to change the data type - set it to whole number (or decimal, if that's what you need). I'm not sure you'd need a custom pattern for this? Unless your "numbers" can start with zero, or include spaces, etc?
