It is the different versions of Office - we have seen blank emails with Outlook 2007 and IP 2010. As to the browser - I like that so much better, don't you? No pop-up and the user can't cancel the email. So you know, if you add any code to your form, it will have to be admin approved to use an email submit connection (that bit of info ...

Well, perhaps try removing the code from the form? Save a copy of the template first, then from Tools / Form Options / Programming, select Remove Code.

Okay - same versions of IP and Outlook? Both are 2010? or 2007?
-
That's an odd one. Can you create a quick test form, see if the issue reproduces in another form? That is, try to see if the template is the issue?
-
You aren't switching views before the email is sent? That can cause this.

I should add - you could also leverage qRules for this - use a secondary XML for your data source for the drop down, and copy the data off into it and format it - here's a sample that has a view where I do that....Check the rules in the drop down view.

I've seen tips about doing this in the view XSL - and have done some little tweaks in the view XSL for this type of thing before - not sure how comfortable you are saving your form as source files and working with those? You can modify the display in the XSL to use a formula to return a substring-after....

Well, sadly, you can't. The secondary data source node isn't related to your main data source - if you want an instance of a field for every instance of a repeating group, the new field needs to be in the repeating group. Is the secondary data something you'll be wanting to submit to SQL with the rest of your data? If so, you could add ...

Then you'd implement a similar loop for group3 that you have currently for ComputerChangeInfo. So you know for next time, under the Options tab in a reply, you can attach a file, including a picture. :-)

Not to my knowledge - is scrolling down the list an issue? Perhaps the user doesn't need all those options, and you could do some filtering?
