Last » Re: Help!!: Errors occurred submitting to Sharepoint list - previous posts' resolution not working I haven't seen this error before - so I gave it a try - and I can use all kinds of characters, but if I go over 248 characters, I get the same error (which - like you, I thought the limit was 255? My test is on Office 365 though, perhaps something is different there). Some of my special characters end up encoded, however. So, I changed my ... So, I want to explain the point of the /id parameter, because I think, looking at your form, that there may be a misunderstanding there. When we submit an item to a SharePoint List, SharePoint generates a unique id for the item - 1, 2, 3, etc. Each number is only used one time per list. qRules will populate the field ... I'd like to take a look at your logic. Posted to Qdabra qRules (Forum) by Hilary Stoupa on 06-15-2012 Re: Cannot be browser enabled because the sandboxed code service is not running on the server. Hi - SharePoint List forms don't permit custom code - thus qRules won't work with your list form, I'm afraid. If you are working with a regular browser form, not a SharePoint List form, you can either publish directly to the form library if the Sandbox is running on your SharePoint install, or you can admin approve the form ... Posted to Qdabra qRules (Forum) by Hilary Stoupa on 06-14-2012 Re: GetUserProfileByName parameters tied to InfoPath field Well, any sample I had wouldn't work in your environment, since you wouldn't have access to my SharePoint server. Have you been able to add a data connection to the GetUserProfileByName web service? Posted to General (Forum) by Hilary Stoupa on 06-14-2012 Re: Empty emails My guess is that the code you are using to launch the browser may not be allowed in a browser form. Posted to General (Forum) by Hilary Stoupa on 06-14-2012 Re: Help with calculations You would have to have rules on the Hours fields as well. Is that what you did? Did you copy the rules using the IP 2010 functionality? Sometimes it does some unexpected stuff with the XPath - you may want to check the rules on your Hours field. It also seems like you may want to consider default values here instead of rules, ... This link says: Note that there are certain restrictions to deploying your form as a sandboxed solution: Must be an InfoPath 2010 form. Must use C# or Visual Basic as the programming language. Cannot submit to e-mail data connections. Cannot have ... Posted to General (Forum) by Hilary Stoupa on 06-13-2012 Re: Empty emails I don't mean to confuse you. If your forms do not have code, as I've mentioned, this is simply not an issue for you and you can keep publishing to a form library. If your forms did have code, and an email submit connection, you'd have to admin approve the form (as outlined in the link I provided above) to open them in the browser. ... Posted to General (Forum) by Hilary Stoupa on 06-13-2012 Re: Empty emails I'm guessing you currently just publish your browser form to a form library? If you were to add code to your form, and had an email submit data connection, it would have to be uploaded via Central Admin - more here. But yes, I would anticipate the only thing that will resolve the blank emails from Filler would be to use the same versions of ...
