Cannot be browser enabled because the sandboxed code service is not running on the server.

I have a pre-existing SharePoint list form that I injected qRules into. The form has no other custom code. When I attempt to publish it I receive the following error:

The SOAP response indicates that an error occurred on the server:

Server was unable to process request. ---> Form template "Lists/CMADN 2/Item/069622f9-4b33-4b01-86ba-2f58988ee975.xsn" cannot be browser enabled because the sandboxed code service is not running on the server.

I've read through the thread http://www.infopathdev.com/forums/p/20268/70289.aspx but it and the content it references deal with different situations and product versions. I am on SharePoint 2010, InfoPath 2010, and qRules 4.1. It is very confusing to read about InfoPath 2003 and qRules 2 as many things have changed since then. For example, the curent mapping tool does not accept XSNs, it wants XML.

Hi - SharePoint List forms don't permit custom code - thus qRules won't work with your list form, I'm afraid.

If you are working with a regular browser form, not a SharePoint List form, you can either publish directly to the form library if the Sandbox is running on your SharePoint install, or you can admin approve the form template.

Your second point - that the mapping tool does not accept XSNs - are you on the correct tab in the tool? You want the Define Mapping tab.
