Hi I output the tables as .XML then natively add them to the form that way the form is opens the datasource when opened so it is a lot quicker. Filtering is a very good solution if applicable though. Cheers

OK I think between us we have come up with some kind of answer :-) By not naming it the same thing the local templates could not update, kind of makes sense Cheers

Was it designed first? I have succesfully implemented user roles but only through using individual logins not groups, that works fine Cheers

Hi Wouldn't Active Directory be better?  I have a C# routine somewhere that queries the AD or you can search this forum for code to do this.  There are some very good helpful guides that will assist you. Cheers

Hi Effectively, at least as far as I understand it, when a user opens a form for the first time it caches the form locally and references the template.  If your form is called the same thing it will not be able to distinguish between the old form library and the new one.  I thnik best practice would be to Change the name at the same ...

Wow a form with 23 views is it not a little slow? Any way, the fact that 18 views print correctly I would expect that the view settings are causing you the problem check the properties of the view to see if they are outside of printable areas? Cheers

OK You could work it differently anchange it to a combo box or a drop-down list that just has the available Mondays in it, you could generate a list in Excel or Access and copy it into InfoPath, that would provide a complete limited list Cheers
