It has been a while since I have done this, and I thought that I could add a picture, but looking at my templates the picture was set in the form as a background and different forms had different pictures.
I am guessing thought that with code you could use another picture control to replace the background picture.

This can be done, but requires code and a full trust form.
A better solution is to use an Active Directory Web Service which will allow you to look up information in Active Directory. This can be done codelessly and would perform better.

You could have them go through your other web server but it would need IFS or they would need to get all the way to your SharePoint server.
It is a matter of connectivity and ...

In form options you can turn off the save / save as functionality, typically a good practice.
When you create the data connection to submit to SharePoint use the concat function and fields from your form to create a unique file name for each document.
Maybe name date and ID, or just ID or whatever.
That way they hit submit, you know ecatly ...

We use tablets so ink is a functionality that we employ. Are you suggesting that we can import a photo into the form and write on it if we set up the control as an ink control?
