Looking back I think you said you are using Visual Studio??? or is it 2003?  I think i must be VS since you are not getting the same menu.  I think the data connections may be in a different menu.

Hey JT. Welcome to the forum. Once you become an expert you need to write the Idiot's guide to InfoPath. :) You are going to do this on a hosted server? So there is no attachment? I was thinking it may be printing both. This may be an issue in how Outlook 2007 prints web content, since you say 2003, is not a problem.
