Hi,
Whenever I run the preview, it doesn't preview my current view ...instead it always defaults to a certain view, which isnt even the default view...
Any ideas why this is happening?

I may be using the wrong key words to find what I am looking for but I cannot find the answer to this and I can't imagine I am the only one looking for this.
I'm looking for a way to retrieve a list of the companies users or a lookup field like sharepoint has for people in a custom list form. Is this even possible in browser forms?

I have a form that was designed (and will be filled out with) InfoPath 2003. When I try filling out this form on a computer wih Outlook 2007, I get a mesage saying I have to have Outlook 2003 set as the default mail client. Does this mean I have to have a separate form created for our users with Outlook 2007 because of the version ...

ok..I need to set the Action on my Submit buttons just to Submit as I am submitting to SharePoint so I'm not using the switch view feature.
how can I set my View field to the name of hte current view? is there a currentview function?

When I create an optional section, right-clicking on it displays a context menu that says "Insert <element_name>", with <element_name> being the name of the optional XML element.
Is there any way to change the "display name" of the element? It's not so nice to see "Insert custOrderData" ...

Hi All,
We have a sharepoint 2007 site and I have created a form on infopath 2003.
The buttons on the form have a rule assigned which uploads the form to sharepoint and then emails the form to the relevent person. Randomly during testing it is failing to upload to sharepoint with the following message;
InfoPath cannot submit the form.

Try Conditional Formatting instead, make your condition such that whenever a row does not match the unique ID, hide that row. Conditional Formatting works a bit differently ...

I am designing browser forms based on web service (get/update data from database)
If it is a client form, it is possible to achieve that, only that a warning is given, but you can ignore the warning and continue,
however for browser forms, seems there is no way to get over?
any ideas whether this can be done?
