I am not an expert on the product to that level but images are converted to Base64.
You can use Word to print InfoPath Data, you should be able to find some examples.
One way is to house your data centrally then use Word to access that data in a template.

I do have the source images and they look good while in the program but they print out on a much lesser quality. The Word document that housed the original logos prints perfectly. Does Infopath "auto" compress the images to save space? I even tried linking to the picture and it sill prints out fuzzy. Can Infopath ...

Can someone help!
We have an event handler on a Sharepoint Form Library that triggers itself once a new item is about to be saved on the sharepoint list.
The Event Handlers is executed before the form is actually saved into the sharepoint list. The reason why is this way, is because we need to obtain a unique number (order request number) to be ...

As an enhancement, I was asked to implement a change, where upon saving the form, the SaveAs dialog defaults to a known shared directory. Hi, I'm pretty desperate about this one. I'm trying to set my datasources to be relative because my form have 7 of them and I don't want to rebuild them for each environment. I know that in 2007 UDC files can do that but is there a way in managed code or in script to do that???
Thanks a lot!

Why are you changing this to always?
This is going to greatly increase the traffic to the server.
There may be some issue with the communication with this particular server or how it is resolved.

Yes that makesa a lot of sense and I have worked with this type of form.
If I was going to design it. I would have one form. This is much simpler and all of the data is available in one form with out any more navigatio then a button click. Otherwise they have to navigate to various libraries to review.
You would detail the meeting possibly ...

Thanks for the insight.
I don't really care if the documents are linked after they are originally opened.
The concept behind all of this is that we have meetings all the time that require minutes to keep track of attendance, topics discussed, etc. It would be nice if all of these documents were at a user's finger tips to fill out when in ...
