Hi Catharine,
I want to reproduce this scenario locally and would like more information on the data types you are using for each column. I see some nvarchars in the screenshot, but for the others the type isn't clear.
Thank you.

I just downloaded and successfully installed the Qdabra software. I installed it on a WSS 3.0 box and we are using Office 2003. On the WSS box I am able to successfully hit the AD web service url - http://mydomainname/qdabrawebservice/aduserinfo.asmx. I am prompted for credentials and, when entered, I can get to the list of methods. I am ...

I am glad that worked out for you. As for the formating issues, I do know there is a difference in the display format and the storage format. You are probably going to have to dig into the library design mode and see what the format of the actual field is. This would be my guess. Good luck

That worked. Thanks. One other question - In the properties of all these fields the totals are set to display as data type: decimal then 2 places, then under formatting - decimal places = 2 - once the form results are displayed in the sharepoint library I can't get the the columns to display only 2 decimal places and because of the ...

Typically I would just replicate the print view twice.
One in landscape config and the other in portrait.
In the view properties you can setup the print properties.

Sure.
In some cases I have added a field in the data source to flag a particular record, or you could modify a field that maybe does not matter.
Another way is to have a field in your form to store the current record ID or unique record data that can be used for the conditional formatting. Then when they return you reset the field.

This is not ideal but should work. It is nicer to admin in AD rather than a seperate list.
In your form setup a data connection to the list.
On load the whole list will load
Then use filters on the list to get the details where username = the username for the list.
Then you have the data for your logic.

It sounds like you are tying to push data to the form.
I would typically just launch the form and then have the form pull the data from the list on open of a new form or via some other trigger at most then you only have to pass one parameter.
Is this a browser form?
