what i am trying to do, is when i click on say a radio button that says "Apples" a specific field of options would appear only when clicking on the "Apples" option (either in a form of a button or whatever) to display some specific fields with options to choose from  

Here is some more information on conditional formatting. Can you tell me a little more about what you mean when you say "still nothing"? That is correct. I basically took the sample form I'd posted in the downloads earlier in this thread and changed Field2 to a drop down. Then I added a connection to a document library on SharePoint and used it for the data source in my list. I didn't modify anything else.....

I tried that, still nothing.  is there a specific tutorial i can look at?

Your drop-down is not a required entry, and there is no default, correct ?

I don't know the VBScript syntax off hand, but you'll want selectNodes instead of selectSingleNode and then your xpath should point to the appropriate node group.
