Hi,
One way of doing this would be to have all the fields on the form, programmatically fetch the user information on form load anf then enable /. disable the form field(s) as per requirement.
Do let me know your vieww about this, if any.

I currently have a drop down list with a series of values that are addresses. Is there a way that I can format the address so that the address is properly formatted not one line of text.
Example:
Company name
building xxx
street address
state postcode
I have using a text box and it still does not put in the linebreaks.

Unfortunately Sharepoint is not an option here, so I am investigating how to do workflow (basic form approval process) using WF.
Are there any examples/walkthroughs out there using WF or some other tool?

Infopath2007 and Sharepoint2007 are required for browser enabled forms. We have this browser enable option in the infopath2007. Go to the following path from InfoPath “Tools/formoption/Comatability tab and check “Design a form template that can be opened in a browser or InfoPath” check box.

Here field1 -> status Column
