• Re: Control Postback Issues

yeah, if any field on the form has changed, it will post that message. Like I said, if I change all the controls to post back "always", it won't, because the latest data for each control will have already posted back. But this is VERY slow. I also tried to create a hidden control, and set that to postback always, and ...

I sent you an email but am going to post a reply here in case anyone else can help. I'm still having a lot of trouble. • Re: Retrieve current user name through webservice

Just a quick comment. If the form is meant to be submitted you will probably want to use a different method, otherwise the submitted form will replace the submitters name with the reviewers name when the form is being reviewed. This is an easy fix depening on what your needs are.

  • Re: Sum a repeting column in footer cell

Thanks for the reply, I actually just found how to do it. When entering the formula, i had to use the full path of the "Item Total" field which was sum(../my:items/my:item/my:ExtPrice) and everything worked out great. Thanks again.

  • Re: Secured Form Library

Set the default view in the library to "My Documents" and that should only allow the users to see their submitted documents. Generaly the default view is "All Documents". Using SP designer functions you should be able to make it so that the only view available to the public is "My Documents"

Thanks for your response. The data is in a Sharepoint List. The List Settings for the "All Items" view is set to "Show all items." I cannot find any other setting for the list that controls the number of items displayed. It seems to be a limitation or setting in the form, but I cannot find one and I ...
