Hi pablavo, The error message you are getting is not because of SharePoint submit. It is related to Database, most probably SQL server. Can you please verify once and provide more information so that we can resolve your issue.

The forms are downloaded and launched directly from a web page, so I'm sure the locations are different each time the form is opened due to the use of temp folders by the web browser.
