Hi Rachit, You adding multiple files by using 'Attach file' right or any. There is one option to upload multiple files, you can publish form to Share point and there you can find an option to upload multiple files.

Thanks for getting back to me santhoshp.  It certainly is a SQL Server 2005 backend.  The forms are for audits and are submitted by most managers. The values are entered into SQL Server and then reports drawen from that. I've noticed that the values that are in the infopath form with the error are showing in the reports ...
