If you have a user with InfoPath Filler, have them try opening in Filler - you may get an error message with more info. You could also check the SharePoint error logs after they try opening in the browser.

You can right click the field in the data source that you want the option bound to and select Option Button for the control. Then enter "4" for the number of options you need. By default, the control will only allow one to be chosen if all are bound to the same field. You could also just select the control from the controls tool box, and ...

I should add - if the user with the error about a newer version is running IP 2007 & the form template is an IP 2010 template (i.e., not saved as IP 2007 compatible) this is an anticipated result.

So, the form works in preview, but when opened in Filler you get the catastrophic failure error? And it publishes as a browser form, but won't open in the browser?

You can modify the repeating group in the mapping file to include an XPath filter - so if the repeating group is:
/my:UATForm/my:QuestionsGroup/my:Questions
You would change it to:
/my:UATForm/my:QuestionsGroup/my:Questions[my:Question != ""]
Make sense?

Submits where? Are you also submitting to a SharePoint list or something?
