 Hi, Make sure that your coworker has access to the network location where you have published the form. If this is not the case then can you provide me the error message that she is getting.

I was able to get my coworker to open the form, however now I get this error when trying to submit to the Access DB: InfoPath cannot connect to the data source. Class not registered The DB is in the same network location and my coworker can open the DB.  Thank you

Thanks for the prompt reply ! That is the scenario, only that in your example the Data Source is a DB and on mine it's a WebService, but the need is the same; adapt the form to the evolving data structure at the source. You're absolutely rigth , by modifying the DataSource I see and can bring in the newly added ...
