Okay, what I did was make the assumption that only one of the fields mapped to the amount column would be filled out (same with type) and manually added XPath filters to only use the field if it was not blank - give this a try and see if we get any closer.
-
So, I modified this a little - I'll add more detail in a second post so I can attach a screenshot.

I can try publishing your form on one of our servers if you like, see if we also get an error - feel free to email it to me or attach it to a reply.

You'd said:All of a sudden our qdabra qrules forms started error'ing.I thought you meant all of them. Is there only one that this is happening with?

Opening in IPFS? You say admin published and have a line from your log, so I assume this is not Office 365? Did you recently make updates to your SharePoint server?
-
Yes, I understand that - what I'm asking is what should the logic be? When should the label say 2012/2013? At what point should it change to 2013/2014? Does that make sense?
-
You should be able to use a calculated value for this - what is the logic that determines the date range?
-
That's a great tip, luke20 - thanks! I also struggle with "And" and "Or" and when to use what - this will help me.
-
I'm wondering if you mean the title bar of InfoPath itself (the caption)? Or some displayed info in your form? Can you attach a screenshot under the Options tab in a reply?

I believe this is because of your XPath filter in the mapping:
<my:RepeatingGroup>my:UATForm/my:QuestionsGroup/my:Questions[Question !=""]</my:RepeatingGroup>
You don't have the "my" prefix on Question, thus, there are no items to submit.
