I have created a great InfoPath form that collects data from a wide range of users and submits to a SharePoint 2007 form library.
What I need to do is to control which users have access to which documents.
Each user is a member of at least one (real world) ‘group’. Each user needs to be able to view and edit only the ...

The first thing you can do to troubleshoot this is to display the username on the form and make sure it's showing the value you're expecting in all cases. It might be the case that the "username" field is set to the user who created the form for some reason or other.

A sample form is available here showing the use of translate() for this.

Hi,
I am very new to designing something using Infopath. We are currently in the
process of moving from custom winforms to Infopath.
For existing 200 forms we have a schema. Is it possible to create Info Path
*.xsn form programatically if we have schema, if there is any way could you
please let me know.
Thanks

I think I may be on the right path, but I am still having some issues. Somone helped me write the following custom save code, but when I try to save the form it still defaults to the user's Documents. Can anyone see a problem with the code below?/*
