We are migrating our email to O365. Our SharePoint 2010 farm will be migrated many months later. My SP Designer workflows frequently include a step to email SharePoint's CreatedBy, which translates to Active Directory domain/user-ID (e.g. uta/slpierce). Does O365 email handle this? Thank you.

Your XPath is incorrect, I think. In the form, in design mode, in the Fields task pane, select the PriceList data source. Right click the ID node and select Copy XPath. I'm thinking it is going to be "d:ID", not "@ID".

A separate field? Are you meaning just that the time is shown in a different control? Change the CreateDate date picker to a text box. Set the format to show the XML value. I'd bet that your data from SQL is yyyy/MM/ddTHH:mm:ss and that to compare your two dates, you need to use substring-before on your SQL data to get the date only.

Hi Hilary,
Thanks for your reply. I have been able to fix my issue :)
I still have one more problem left that is how can I edit the repeated section in all items in just one action?
For example,
I have a field called "Status". This field is only displayed once if there are multiple items with the same Title.
When I change ...

Hi Hilary, thanks for your reply. Yes the Xpath filter comparing "my:MonDate" with "@CreateDate". The date formats are correct, as they are both dd/mm/yyyy. Yeah the SQL database holds the time value as well, but in a separate field with in @CreateDate. I have tried use both a text field set to a whole number and a calculated ...

So I've created a form that's published to a form library. I would rather have done this over a list but I needed repeating tables. The form is meant to be filled out put through a workflow and at some later date possibly revised. The end users don't want multiple copies of revised forms they just want to the one form and use version ...
